Caroline Cogdon

Caroline Cogdon, Trustee, is a Counselling Service Clinical Manager for Tyneside and Northumberland Mind, working to support the mental health of the lives of local people. Caroline sits on Prosper Learning Trust’s Pay and Appraisal Committee.

Caroline has previously been the Chair of Governors at Dinnington First School, in which she gained knowledge in recruitment and finance. She has also worked in HR and training, with experience in senior management development.
