This scheme allows you to save up to 42% on a new bike and/or equipment for work. The Cycle to Work scheme operates as a salary sacrifice employee benefit. This means that you agree to give up part of your salary in exchange for a benefit – in this instance the benefit of a bike and/or accessory. The salary sacrifice is taken from your gross salary (before tax) which means that you will pay less income tax and national insurance.
  • Wellbeing
As a Trust we understand the joy that comes with working with and education children, but we’re also aware it comes with its challenges. For this reason, our staff’s wellbeing is a huge priority for us.

Through our supportive and inclusive peer mentor system, we’re able to offer a comprehensive induction to the Trust and the support networks in place for each new member of staff. Each of our schools have a wellbeing lead who are able to help with any challenges our staff are facing, from work related concerns or emotional support.

We understand the importance in allowing staff to balance their workload and personal life. To help with this we have family friendly policies.
