Jemil Visram

Jemil Visram, Trustee, is a qualified lawyer who trained with a leading magic circle law firm in London and is now a senior associate at a national law firm based in Newcastle.  Jemil specialises in corporate law, advising corporates and owner-managers on a wide range of matters which requires the application of critical reasoning and analytic skills often working under pressure to a defined deadline.

Jemil joined the governing body of Newcastle Bridges School in June 2016.  He aims to transpose his skills from his day job to provide meaningful contributions in relation to the governance of Prosper Learning Trust whilst taking into account the needs of differing stakeholders.
