Automated External Defibrillators (AED) Across the Trust
Return to Latest News
Across the schools in our Trust, we have ensured that we have an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on each of our sites in case of a medical emergency for anyone of any age experiencing cardiac arrest. They are all portable and can be used by anyone due to their easy voice instructions. We have trained staff on site who regularly ensure the Defibrillators are in full working condition.
Locations:
- Harry Watts Academy
- Redhouse Site: school medical room (furthest left office in school office area)
- Harraton Site: school medical room (near staff toilets, directly opposite caretakers office)
- Mary Astell Academy: In the middle of the school office, next to the first aid box
- Newcastle Bridges School (Drayton Road Site): In school office, to the left of the door
- Thomas Bewick School (all sites): in school offices
