Frances Lynch, Member, is a highly experienced marketing professional, specialising in the chemicals industry and B2B relationships. Since graduating as a Chemical Engineer she has worked in a variety of different roles for a number of FTSE 100 companies, moving from engineering through technical sales to marketing. She has also been an Ethics Ambassador, working at all levels of the organisation. Her current role is in Strategic Global Marketing Management for a global chemical company.
Frances is also a founding member and Director of Ingleby Manor Foundation Trust, the community group that successfully set up the 750 place 11-18 Free School in Ingleby Barwick. During the application phase her responsibilities included development of the application and liaison with local MPs, DfE and the EFA on all aspects of the school development. With the school now into its third year of operation, she works with other IMFT Directors in holding the MAT partner accountable for delivering the Educational Vision and Ethos of the school. She also manages the finance aspects of the Trust in its role to fundraise for the school and is a governor at the school with responsibility for Data.
